In teaching my mother what a flash mob is, I reviewed a variety of videos capturing the worldwide phenomenon of the flash mob. For any of you who don't know what it is: "a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and sometimes seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment, satire, and/or artistic expression Flash mobs are organized via telecommunications, social media, or viral emails."
